1. Adults-Only Content Notice

3DMuscleComics ("the Site") contains adult-oriented artistic material intended only for adults aged 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater). By entering and using the Site you affirm that you are of legal age and that adult material is legal to view where you live.

All characters depicted are fictional and are portrayed as adults aged 18 or over. All works are computer-generated illustrations. Where a work parodies an existing property, it is an unofficial, non-commercial fan parody and is not endorsed by or affiliated with any rights holder. Any resemblance to real persons is coincidental.

2. 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement

All visual content published on 3DMuscleComics consists entirely of computer-generated imagery, digital illustration and other works of fiction. No real human beings are depicted. Because the content does not contain photographic or video depictions of actual human performers engaged in actual conduct, the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 do not apply.

Should any depiction be argued to fall within the scope of those requirements, all performers depicted were fictional and represented as being over the age of eighteen (18) at the time any imagery was created. Questions may be directed to the contact below.

3. DMCA / Copyright Policy

3DMuscleComics respects intellectual-property rights and responds to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe content here infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written notice to growcomics@gmail.com including:

• Your physical or electronic signature;
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
• The exact URL(s) of the material you want removed;
• Your contact information (name, address, email);
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law; and
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Valid notices are actioned promptly. Counter-notifications may be sent to the same address.

4. Terms of Use

• You must be 18+ (or the age of majority where you live) to access the Site.
• Content is provided for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may not redistribute, resell, repost or scrape the artwork without permission.
• Member / early-access content is licensed to your account only and may not be shared.
• The Site is provided "as is" without warranties. We may add, change, schedule or remove content at any time.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, attack, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.

5. Privacy

We aim to collect as little as possible:

• Reading data — your reading progress and age confirmation are stored locally in your browser (localStorage), not on our servers.
• Analytics — we record anonymous, aggregate page-open counts to see which drops are popular. No profiles, no third-party ad trackers.
• Comments — if you post a comment, the name and text you submit are stored so it can be displayed.
• Accounts — if you create an account, we store your handle and a securely hashed password. We never sell your data.
